Panaji: ‘The Kashmir Piles’. Goa International Film Festival selection committee chairman Nadav Lapit has expressed his displeasure as the film spreads hatred and has created a stir.

The 53rd International Goa Film Festival started on 20th and concluded yesterday. Films from different countries of the world are screened here every year. More than 280 films from 79 countries were screened. 25 films were telecasted on Indian Panorama.

The film ‘The Kashmir Piles’ directed by director Vivek Agnihotri was screened at the event. The film did not win any awards but on the closing day, the chairman of the selection committee said, The Kashmir Piles is a notorious film made to incite hatred. Propaganda in nature.
