This collaboration was marked by the signing of an MOU which was held to coincide with the Grand Opening of LP3K Jakarta at MULA by Galeria Jakarta, Tuesday (26/3).

This collaboration aims to help its members improve the quality of human resources so that businesses can develop further.

“In the culinary business, frontliners as one of the employees are an asset whose quality must be maintained because they are the ones who get excellent service to customers,” said Chair of HIPMI Culinary Indonesia Cikhita Sebayar.

He said it was very important for F&B business players to improve the quality of their frontliners so that they have good knowledge by sending them to take part in skill and skill improvement training.

“The signing of this MOU is a concrete form of our collaboration with training institutions to help improve the culinary business in Indonesia, as well as supporting efforts to increase local economic empowerment,” added Cikhita.

He hopes that in the future Indonesian people will have adequate skills, especially those interested in the culinary field.

“Hopefully the culinary business has strong, experienced and skilled resources,” he said.
