A few months ago I ordered a laptop from a store called Mobile Mobile, the model is

Lenovo carbon gen 9 20xw004yiv. To my dismay, I discovered that they sent me the wrong model, actually the 8th generation:

Carbon gen 8th 20u90002iv.

After a long fight on the phone, they agreed to replace my device, saying that they currently only have gen 10. We talked about a model

Gen10 21bc0093iv, but instead came

21cb000gus, the computer is a touch screen, and it is significantly heavier than the 8th generation computer I received, not really 1.13 kg, more in the direction of a Mac Pro which is over 2 kg, they claim that what is advertised on the site is 1.13 kg without the battery. Therefore, I did not agree to receive the computer and stayed with the 8th generation, mainly because of its dimensions, it is significantly thinner and lighter. I’m looking online for evidence of the computer being bulkier and much heavier and I can’t find it, how is it possible that the computer felt much heavier? Can anyone sort things out for me?
