The board of directors of IDLC Finance Plc, a listed company in the financial sector of the capital market, has declared 15 percent dividend to the shareholders. Its all cash dividends.
The board of directors of the company has decided to pay this dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023. As a result, shareholders will get a cash dividend of 1.50 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.
On Wednesday (March 13), Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE) informed this information.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company has been organized on digital platform on April 29 at 11 am to approve the declared dividend with the consent of the shareholders. And the record date for distribution of declared dividend to the shareholders has been fixed on 4th April.
Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company for the financial year ended was Rs.3.64. The profit per share was Rs 4.61 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company’s consolidated net asset value per share (NAPS) for the period up to 31 December 2023 stood at Tk 45.71.
