Washington: A 52-year-old Indian-American man was shot dead at his doorstep in the state of Georgia, USA. The police are investigating. Pinal Patel, who was shot dead last Friday, died in the hospital without treatment. When Pinal Patel was shot, his wife and daughter were said to be in stable condition.
US police have released a picture of the getaway car used by the killers and three masked men and a driver. No information is yet available as to why the perpetrators targeted a family and committed this crime.
As the culprits did not take anything from Pinal Patel’s family, it is assumed that the motive for the attack was not money related.

In another incident in Chicago last week, an Indian-American was shot dead. Although there is no connection between the two murders, the only connection between the two murders of Indians is that no evidence has yet been found that Indian-Americans were targeted.
Responding to questions about the recent shooting, Bibb County officials said three people — Patel, his wife and their child — were found wounded.

When Patel and his family returned home from work, “they were confronted by three masked men with guns. Patel confronted all three, and as he did so, shots were fired at the family. The three masked men then fled. A fourth man was waiting in a vehicle across the street. After firing the gun, the “The persons fled the spot. No items were taken from the family.”
