– Russian athletes admitted by the special commission to participate in the Olympics will only be able to compete under a neutral Olympic flag.

– The eligible athlete’s uniform will have the Olympic Athlete from Russia (OAR) logo.
– The anthem of Russia will not be performed during the awards – the IOC anthem will sound.
Who will not be allowed
– All officials of the Russian Ministry of Sports have been deprived of their accreditation in Pyeongchang.
– The membership of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) in the IOC has been suspended, the decision has come into force.
– The powers in the IOC of the President of the ROC, Alexander Zhukov, have been suspended.
