The new song of Shakunthalam, a film based on the love story of Shakunthala and Dushyantha from Mahabharata, ‘Abhijnana Shakunthalam’, has been released. The lyrical video of the song which starts with “Yelelo Yelelo” has been released.
The film will hit the theaters on February 17. The makers have decided to release this film in 3D to ensure a new and exciting experience for the viewers.
Actress Samantha Shakuntala will play the role of Dev Mohan, who is famous for Sufi Yum Sujatham. The movie is written and directed by Gunasekhar. This film is being prepared with a big budget among women’s films.
Reportedly, Aditi Balan will be seen as Anasu and Mohan Babu as Durvasav Maharshi. The film also has an excellent cast including Sachin Khedekar, Kabir Bedi, Madhubala, Gauthami, Ananya Nagalla and Jishu Sengupta. Icon Star Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha also plays a pivotal role in the film, another attraction in the star cast.
Music is directed by Mani Sharma. Cinematography by Shekhar V Joseph and editing by Praveen Pudi. The movie starring Dil Raju is being produced by Neelima Guna under the banner of Guna Teamworks. Apart from Telugu, the film will be dubbed in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi languages.
