The Beast movie, directed by Nelson and starring Vijay, hit the screens on April 13 amid huge anticipation from the fans. Due to the high expectations for the film, 800 theaters in Tamil Nadu were allotted for the film.
The KGF Beast, a Kannada film starring Yash, was released on April 14, the day after it was released. Although the film was well-received by fans, it was initially limited to 250 theaters. But while the Beast movie received worse reviews than expected, the KGF movie was raised to almost 100 theaters on the first day and delivered to 350 theaters.
After the KGF movie was well received among the fans on the first day, the number of scenes for this movie was further increased. Not only in Chennai but also in small towns in Tamil Nadu the number of scenes for KGF2 movie has increased. Also the theaters are taking action by converting the special scenes planned for the Beast movie as it is a holiday and for the KGF movie at present.

On top of this a video was posted on the website where the theater staff told the fans who were going to buy tickets for the KGF movie at the Salem ARRS Theater that there were only tickets for the Beast movie, and I did not want the fans.
