Arbe Robotics (NYSE: ARBE), which operates in the field of car radar solutions, announces the appointment of Yair Shamir as chairman of the company’s board of directors, as well as the addition of Thilo Koslovsky, a leading figure in the worlds of technology and automotive as a director on the company’s board.
Yair Shamir, a senior figure in the world of technological investments in Israel, will serve as chairman of the board. Shamir is a partner in the Catalyst Investment Fund and a leading figure in the technology ecosystem, with a record of investing more than $ 400 million in tech companies in Israel. Shamir has been a member of the company’s board since December 2019.

At Porsche Digital, as part of the luxury car brand, Koslawski has built an organization for the automotive manufacturer’s digital transformation. His areas of responsibility include building digital products and processes, business models and growing the digital ecosystem that encompasses partnerships with leading technology companies, innovative startups and inventors, in the areas of smart transportation and the digital lifestyle. He built an international organization of out-of-function specialists and set up offices for Porsche Digital around the world.
Earlier in his career, Koslovsky was the founder and vice president of the Gartner Group’s automotive and smart transportation division in Silicon Valley, where he advised global automakers, technology companies and governments on harnessing technological innovations to develop industry-leading products, business models, customer experiences and partnerships.
