The Medical Student Council of the College of Medicine, King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa, held an awareness campaign on mental health, with the slogan “Unseen”, for a period of three days, starting today, Thursday.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of mental illnesses, simulate them and provide psychological consultations. The campaign, based on four educational pillars, introduces mental illnesses, lifestyle, visits to a psychiatrist and treatment, and dealing with people with mental illnesses.

The campaign also includes three simulation rooms to embody some mental illnesses such as depression, autism spectrum, schizophrenia, and a psychological counseling corner in which Dr. Ali Al-Saad, a psychiatrist specializing in children and adolescents.
