The mobile operator Megafon has changed the terms of remuneration for employees of its retail network, Vedomosti found out. The operator reduced the reduction coefficient to the bonus part of the salary to 0.4, it is applied if the personal sales plan was fulfilled by less than 70%, one of the sales consultants complained. He sent his claims to the heads of Moscow points of sale, as well as employees of the operator’s headquarters, specifying that he was declaring a boycott to the company’s management, and urging those who were not indifferent to consolidate. A spokesman for MegaFon confirmed that the company had indeed introduced a number of changes to the retail wage structure, adding that “the changes are very recent and, like any changes, they can cause different reactions.” He clarified that the permanent part of the income of all employees was increased from July 1, and from August 1, the bonus system was also updated. According to the interlocutor, the coefficient of the premium part was from 0.4 to 2. Before the changes, this range was approximately from 0.9 to 1.5, the representative of the operator added.
