Despite the change in the mechanism of defining countries, it should be noted that in many countries around the world the morbidity situation is higher than in Israel, and therefore it is advisable to avoid reaching these places unnecessarily as much as possible.
Health Ministry Director General Nachman Ash said that “the classification of the red states will be canceled tonight at midnight. In the decision made at the time, flights were restricted to countries with high morbidity and thus we gained valuable time. “As the disease spread in the country, it was decided that there was no longer any point in this policy and it was abolished.”
Karib: “Now expects to consider imposing restrictions on gatherings”
The chairman of the Constitution Committee, Gilad Karib, said in response to the cancellation of the list of red states: “We regularly examine the need to impose restrictions on the public and a commitment to the effort to enable a routine of life as much as possible.”
