jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The Constitutional Court (MK) is following up on the petition for dispute over the results of the 2024 Presidential Election (PHPU) filed by presidential candidate pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.
The Constitutional Court has issued registration numbers for the applications submitted by both existing couples.
On the official website of the Constitutional Court (MK), Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin’s petition is recorded with registration number 1/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024.
This application is also recorded in the Deed of Submission of the Petitioner’s Application (AP3) with Number 01-01/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024.
The respondent in the matter in question is KPU RI, while those acting as the applicant’s authority are Ari Yusuf Amir, Sugito and Zaid Mushafi.
Then the application submitted by the pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD was recorded with registration number 2/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024.
This application is also recorded in AP3 with Number 02-03/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024.
Listed as the respondent is the Indonesian KPU. The parties acting as attorneys for the applicant were Maqdir Ismail, Yanuar P. Wasesa and Todung M. Lubis.
The Constitutional Court followed up on the PHPU application submitted by Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud MD.
