“Straight from Pantanal to Allianz Parque”, wrote architect Bárbara Boeira on TikTok, when showing her followers what it was like to take her boyfriend from Mato Grosso do Sul to one of RBD’s shows in Brazil. The style and expressions used during the presentation generated several comments and a lot of laughter on the internet. Furthermore, many people started listening to “Fundo da Grota”.
In the images, veterinarian Alan Ortiz Cardoso drops pearls upon arrival at the São Paulo stadium where the show took place. “The singing is going to start here, if you don’t play Fundo da Grota, there’s no point.”
Then, he jokes about the crowd at the show and the public’s emotion with: “I wanted to see if I could put it together to make a fence” and “now the pineapple has become more expensive”.
Despite the jokes, Alan showed himself to be Bárbara’s partner even before the trip. In other videos with several views, the couple, who live in Jardim, say they are working to pay the “RBD”.
The video reached more than a million views and in the comments, internet users reacted to the scene: “I’m going to join: now the pineapple has become more expensive”, said one user. “The bottom of the cave broke me,” said another. There were people who even searched for Baitaca’s music on Spotify and stated that the song is the “new anthem of Brazil”.
