According to Valentin Chunin, senior partner of the law firm “Bublik and Partners”, the rejection of the claim may be one of the conditions of the deal on the sale of shares in Natura Siberica. The lawyer noted that the waiver of the claim was signed on November 29 – on the same day it became known that Mikhail Sergeev became the new president of the company instead of Sergey Builov, who had been in charge of it since August (Builov was appointed advisor on strategic development issues).

LLC Natura Siberica, one of the structures of the manufacturer of cosmetics under the brands Natura Siberica and Granny Agafia’s Recipes, filed a claim with the Moscow Arbitration Court in September. The company accused Trubnikova and the Estonian OU Good Design, which she controls, of causing “financial and reputational damage” to the business.
