Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will be held in the Brest region. This was told by Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky.
According to him, negotiations can begin at 15:00 Moscow time.
Also, Medinsky, in a recording published by the BelTA agency, noted that the block of Russian proposals in negotiations with Ukraine consists of three parts: military-technical, humanitarian-international and political.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed confidence that the Ukrainian side in negotiations with the Russian Federation receives instructions from Washington. “This country is completely dependent,” the minister said.
