[post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The first issue of 2023 of the Encuentro Magazine, which has the support of the ONCE Foundation and the Ministry of Social Rights and the 2030 Agenda, is now available on the SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA website. In this new edition, the main story addresses the mental health of health personnel in Spain, where it is at and how work overload affects working people. The section “mental health up to date» is dedicated to line 024, the free public telephone service for suicidal behaviour, which recently celebrated one year of life, answering 119,000 calls. Inside the section of news about the Confederacy, the magazine includes the report “The situation of mental health in Spain”, a study that SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA developed together with the Fundación Mutua Madrileña, and which represents an x-ray of the mental health of the Spanish population. In the section dedicated to entities, A summary of the activities that the entities of the associative movement carried out on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8) is made. In section “A day in», we talk about the emptied Spain, recounting what is the face and the cross of living in the rural environment, and knowing the work of entities of the associative movement in this environment. The writer and activist Safia El Aaddam, author of the book “Daughter of immigrants”, tells in «Talking with» The racist violence suffered by racialized children and adolescents and from migrant families by the educational system and social services, and the consequences this has on mental health. Finally, “The voice of MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN» this number corresponds to Conxi García de Marina Alloza, member of the Board of Directors of the Pallars Mental Health Association in First Person.
