A International Film Academy is pleased to announce the arrival of two professionals to the teaching staff of the Photography Direction Training Course. With experience in different audiovisual formats, Pedro Pipano and Anna Julia Santos bring a wealth of knowledge and practice to further enrich the training of future filmmakers.
Pedro Pipano, graduated in Radio and Television from UNESP, is a Director of Photography who began his career at MTV Brasil. He has worked in film, both short and feature films, and in television and streaming, contributing to documentary series such as Guga, by Kuertenin addition to productions for Disney+, Paramount+, MTV Brasil and E!t. Additionally, he photographed music videos for Anitta, Maiara and Maraisa e Shamanin addition to culinary programs with chefs Claude Troisgros, Olivier Anquier e Bela Gil.
Anna Julia Santos, graduated in Audiovisual from the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo, with an emphasis on Photography and Editing. She worked for 9 years as a camera assistant and now works as a director of photography, camera and drone operator. His authorial works received national and international recognition, with emphasis on “Chão de Fábrica”, winner of more than 31 awards, and “Even with Tanta Agonia”, awarded at the Brasília Festival of Brazilian Cinema and at the Janela Internacional de Cinema do Recife.
With the addition of these professionals to the teaching staff, AIC reaffirms its commitment to excellence in the training of filmmakers and audiovisual professionals, providing students with access to instructors with practical experience and recognition in the market.
Photography Direction Training
The methodology of AIC Photography Direction Course integrates theory and practice, providing students with a solid understanding of the filmmaking process. During the course, essential concepts are worked on, from basic notions to advanced techniques, developing the student’s creativity and repertoire.
Based on the demands of the film market, teachers are always up to date with new technologies and trends, preparing students for new market demands.
