Cochin Vazhoor Jose threatens director Pratheesh Sekhar with death Omar Lulu said in a Facebook post that Vazhoor Jose, who is a regular PRO in Malayalam movies, had threatened to call him on the phone.
“Vazhoor Josettan, who I regularly work for, has been replaced by a newcomer, and Josettan’s threatening phone call saying he’s going to finish me by the time I put the post up. This is the film industry you’ve dreamed of, what should I do?” Omar Lulu wrote on Facebook.

Omar Lulu has appointed Pratheesh Sekhar, who did the Malayalam PR work for the Telugu film RRR, as the PRO for his new film. But Omar Lulu alleges that Vazhoor Jose did the PRO work for the Power Star movie without asking him. Omar Lulu said in another Facebook post that this led to a problem between him and Pratheesh.
Vazhoor Jose called himself and the producer and informed them that he was participating in the switch-on ceremony of the film. But without even telling them, Jose gave his name to some media as Power Star’s PRO. After that, Omar Lulu told Reporter TV that he had posted on Facebook that he was Pratheesh, the PRO of his film.

Power Star is a movie starring Babu Antony in the lead role. The shooting of the film started from the first week of April. Omar had earlier said that the film was slated for a Christmas release.
But before Power Star, Omar Lulu’s direct OTT release film will have a good time. The director had announced that the film would be released on OTD platforms directly for Onam.
