One of the suspects in the attack on a passer-by in an underground passage in Moscow said he was provoked. Earlier, after beating a man on Komsomolskaya Square, three residents of the Kemerovo Region were detained.
“Provoked. We had a fight, ”one of the detainees answered when asked what had happened. When asked how he provoked, he said: “Verbally … he sent.”
“No, you can see everything on the video absolutely,” he replied to the suggestion that a person passing by saw the suspects and began to “send” them. The video of the survey is posted on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. According to unconfirmed reports, the victim stood up for the guy and the girl.
On the fact of the incident, the investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoselsky District opened a criminal case under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”). Then the prosecutor’s office transferred the case to the Investigative Committee of Russia.
