The socialist deputy and former mayor of Valladolid, Óscar Puente, denounced this Sunday that they have tried to interview his daughter, a minor, through her home telephone. Puente also claims that they have “seriously insulted” his 78-year-old mother.
“Lies and fallacious incursions into my private life do not bother me as much as the attempt to interview my 16-year-old daughter through the video intercom, taking advantage of the fact that she was alone at home,” the socialist deputy wrote on Twitter.
Puente was also harassed last Friday when he was preparing to travel by train from Valladolid to Madrid to participate in the second investiture vote of Alberto Núñez Feijóo in the Congress of Deputies. In that case, a traveler identified as LBM questioned the deputy and prevented him from accessing his seat. Puente requested the assistance of an intervener, called the National Police and has also reported the events to the Congressional police station.
I am not as bothered by lies and fallacious incursions into my private life, as by the attempt to interview my 16-year-old daughter through the video intercom, taking advantage of the fact that she was alone at home, or that they have seriously insulted my mother who yesterday turned 78 years old. They are trash.

Puente, winner of the Valladolid mayoral elections, was unable to repeat his term due to an agreement between the PP and Vox after the municipal elections on May 28. Last Tuesday, he was chosen to give the PSOE’s reply to Feijóo during the investiture debate of the PP leader, which ultimately failed.
