Pfizer’s “criminal” clinical trials in Argentina: Augusto German Roux testifies

by time news

Argentinian lawyer and participant in Pfizer’s clinical trials in Argentina, Augusto German Roux tells us about the experience “criminal” he experienced following his vaccinations, in the third trimester of 2020. An obstacle course to report side effects and access his own medical file.

Editor’s note: Dubbing errors have crept into this video, some passages have been subtitled in addition to the “voice-over”.

His first contact with the clinical team was by telephone. After an appointment with four doctors at the German Hospital, he signed a document of about twenty pages. Already, it seemed incomplete, he told us. It still launches…

From the first injection, he reported arm pain to pharmacovigilance, although the latter tried to dissuade him, explaining to him that there were possibilities that it was not linked to the vaccine. But it was after the second dose, 19 days after the first, that there were significant effects: high fever – up to 41, dark “Coke” urine, and fainting. Eventually, he was diagnosed with acute pericarditis; a doctor has validated the causal link with the vaccine. In addition, a blood test showed that he had not developed any antibodies…

There, he engages in a struggle with the health and political authorities: “It’s criminal”he assures us after having chained the bad surprises.

First of all, his medical file states that he was positive for Covid, while he claims to have carried out no positive test. Secondly, he is diagnosed as having a mental problem, by a doctor who has never seen him and who is not qualified to make such an assessment; the Argentine regulatory authorities have nevertheless confirmed this diagnosis.

These discoveries prompted him to seize political powers and make CADA (FOIA – Freedom of Information Act) requests on clinical trials. There, he realizes that the Pfizer clinical trial had caused at least one death, which was not found in the data reported in the publication in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Since then, he has never ceased to question the public authorities, with a view to conducting a trial in order to obtain compensation. In doing so, he later discovers that the responsibility for the proper conduct of Argentine clinical trials rests with the Ministry of Defense, not the Minister of Health; certain information was covered by defense secrecy.
