The Swedish royals have every reason to be happy on March 26th: it’s Prince Julian’s birthday. To mark the occasion there was a new picture of the three-year-old.
Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia have been married since June 2015. During the course of their marriage, the Swedish royals had three children together: son Alexander was born in 2016, son Gabriel in 2017 and a third son, Julian, was born in 2021. It is now the third anniversary of the birthday of the couple’s youngest child. There was a little insight into the birthday party on social media.
A new photo of Prince Julian was published on the official Instagram account of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia on Tuesday. In the picture, the birthday child is sitting at a table and beaming into the camera, wearing a beige sweater and a white shirt underneath. In front of him is a cake with yellow icing and a candle in the shape of a three. “Today we celebrate three years with you, beloved Julian,” is written in the title of the post.

There is also a short video in the story, which probably shows the moment immediately after the candle is blown out. Prince Julian eagerly watches the smoke that is created and grins from ear to ear.
There were numerous congratulations and kind words for the three-year-old in the comment column, and almost 9,000 people also “liked” the post. “I hope Prince Julian has a wonderful birthday. Only the best for him and his family,” wrote one user. “Congratulations! It’s crazy how quickly time flies. You’re three years old now,” marveled another. “What a sweet birthday girl,” reads another comment on the post. “He’s such an incredibly sweet boy,” another person agreed.
