Kuwait City: A residential city project for low-income workers is progressing in Kuwait. Kuwait Municipality has announced that the site of the residential city project has been officially handed over to the investment company.

The 40,000 square meter project is being implemented in Sabahan to accommodate 3,000 workers. There will be 16 residential complexes here. There will be bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry room.

The project will include two commercial complexes with restaurants, cafes and shops, administrative and government buildings, as well as a police station and a mosque.

Kuwait Municipality Representative Mishal Al Arada signed the contract of the project. The plan is to implement the project within a year and a half.
