This Thursday, the CGT called RATP staff to strike on Thursday April 4, the union announced in the morning. “The 2024 NAO (Mandatory Annual Negotiations) have not yet taken place at RATP! Faced with the posture of General Management, the CGT-RATP calls on employees of all categories and all services to mobilize on Thursday April 4, 2024, by the strike which will be covered by our current notice”, announces the CGT-RATP union on its Facebook page, adding that these people “are also called upon to gather massively in front of the company’s headquarters at 10:30 a.m. to demand our due and real NAOs”.

As we announced on January 29, the CGT-RATP has already filed a strike notice running from February 5 (at 7 p.m.) to September 9 (at 8 a.m.) and concerning “all staff, from each category and each service”. She justifies her decision in particular by “insufficient 2024 salary measures” and by management arbitration which “does not meet the expectations of the company’s agents”.

The union is particularly targeting an increase of 0.9% planned by management, in “a period of high inflation and on the eve of a global challenge”, the organization of the Paris Olympics.
