Need someone to talk to about suicide? Here are some resources available in Sweden to help you or a loved one who may be struggling.

The suicide line is available 24/7 and can be reached by calling 90101. If you prefer to chat, you can also reach out for support.

BRIS Children’s rights in society offers a children’s phone at 116 111, as well as an adults’ telephone for children at 077-150 50 50. They also offer chat services around the clock.

For those who have lost someone to suicide, SPES is an association that offers support every day from 19:00 to 22:00. You can reach them by calling 020 -18 18 00.

The Red Cross provides a “Friend on call” chat service from 18-21 for those in need of support.

On-call fellow is another resource available every day from 21-06. They can be reached by calling 08-702 16 80.

Finally, if you are in need of spiritual support, a priest on duty can be connected via phone number 112 every day at 9:06 p.m.
