Codacons will present a formal opposition to the dismissal request for the singer Blanco filed by the Prosecutor of Imperia in relation to the singer’s ‘performance’ at Sanremo 2023. Codacons himself communicates this in a note, recalling that “as known, it was precisely the exposed by the Codacons to lead to the opening of an investigation by the judiciary for the damage that occurred on the Ariston stage during the last Sanremo festival”.
“We do not agree with the request for archiving, also following what emerged after the events in Sanremo and the evidence according to which it would not have been a scene agreed with Rai, but a real explosion of anger on the part of the artist -explains the president Carlo Rienzi- We believe there are all the reasons to continue the investigation and ascertain the facts before the Court, and for this reason we will present a formal opposition to the dismissal request presented by the prosecutor’s office”.
