Today, Tuesday, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj announced the completion of its preparations to launch the fourth edition of the 2025 Hajj Conference and Exhibition, noting that the conference brings together more than 300 parties over a period of four days.

The ministry said in a statement obtained by the (INA): “Preparations have been completed to launch the fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 next Monday,” indicating that “the conference brings a group of elite experts together, academics, representatives of pilgrim affairs offices, diplomatic missions, and leaders from the public, private and non-profit sectors, in the “Jeddah Super Dome”.

She continued, “The conference, which brings together more than 300 entities over four days, offers the latest technical solutions and qualitative services as it seeks this year to build bridges of cooperation between different actors in the Hajj and Umrah system and emphasize innovations that bring together. to enhance the experience of the pilgrims.” She explained, “This global event promotes partnership with God’s Guest Service Program, which is one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs, by providing excellent services by improving efficiency and transparency, and adopting solutions.” Sustainable and smart, including organizing more than 47 discussion sessions and 50 workshops with the participation of more than 130 speakers from local and international experts, who address the main themes of sustainability and review environmentally friendly technologies to support the journey of Hajj, and the uses. artificial intelligence to improve crowd management and services, as well as facilitate digital technologies and operations through innovative digital solutions, as well as providing qualitative opportunities for start-ups and innovative entrepreneurs in the Hajj sector.”

She confirmed that “there will be an exhibition in conjunction with the conference; it is considered the largest exhibition and the first in the world specialized in Hajj services, with a total area of ​​50,000 square meters; it gives the opportunity to explore the latest innovative projects and products in the field of Hajj and Umrah,” hoping that it will “attract a record number of visitors, after achieving the great success of the previous edition this, with the participation of more than 100,000 visitors and the signing of 202 international cooperation agreements.”

The Ministry emphasized that “the success achieved in the previous edition, including the wide coverage in the media, is an incentive for continuous efforts to improve the services provided to God’s guests, ” noting that “the current conference is part of a comprehensive strategy. to develop the Hajj and Umrah sector, and to improve and consolidate the Kingdom’s position in honor.” Serving God’s guests,” according to the text of the statement.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah called on “all interested persons and experts from around the world to participate in this important international event,” pointing out that the conference is “an exceptional platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge and to explore new collaborative interests.”
