Sebastián Gutiérrez, former participant of The House of the Famous, entered the reality show confident that he had all the attitudes, skills and competencies necessary to win the competition. The actor’s time in the coexistence competition was marked by the sensitivity he showed and the love for his wife, the dancer Diana Correa, with whom he has been married for three years. He was the first of the participants to collapse and burst into tears in the absence of his partner, and as Sebastián told Infobae Colombia, his greatest fear was being away from home and not being present for his partner. “My biggest fear for having agreed to enter this reality show was the possibility that my wife would need me and I would not be there for her at that moment,” Gutiérrez commented.
For her part, Diana added. “Sebas is a person who resolves and we have generated that dependency that he is always there when I need him, that is going to be very hard, plus he is the one who wakes me up every morning with a kiss on the cheek, we are very romantic in our ways” .
However, his moments of weakness were not the only ones that marked his participation, as Sebastián was part of one of the most tense episodes in the program until his departure. The disagreement with his best friend, the actor Julián Trujillo, with whom he stated that he would be the participant with whom he would get along best; However, both accused each other of disloyalty. Even so, a couple of days later they managed to iron out the rough spots through dialogue and strengthened their friendship, which was born on the set of the series Nurses, a production in which they both acted.
In 2011, at just 12 years old, he won the leading role in the series The Wonder Years, a remake of the same North American series The Wonder Years, which catapulted him to be nominated as best child actor at the Kids Choice Awards.
