Kiev: President Volodymyr Selensky has thanked the United States for its readiness to supply additional weapons to Russia’s eastern Ukraine amid mounting Russian aggression. Selensky’s response came after talks with US President Joe Biden.
The United States has announced a new $ 1 billion support package to strengthen our defense. These weapons were important in defending the Russian army from the eastern Donbos region. Selensky said he would always be grateful to the United States for this support.
On Wednesday, Biden announced a $ 1 billion arms package, including more artillery, coastal defense systems, artillery for artillery and advanced rocket systems already in use in Ukraine. Selensky said he had discussed with the U.S. president the strategic situation on the battlefield and how to accelerate the country’s success.
