New Delhi: Neeraj Bishnoi, a 21 – year – old Assam mastermind, has been arrested for allegedly hacking websites since he was 15 years old in connection with a case involving a ‘bully boy’ application designed to insult Muslim women. The revelation comes during police questioning.
Police said Neeraj’s father told him that he was always in front of the computer. The family did not know what Neeraj was doing. Neeraj claims that the websites have been hacked. Police said Neeraj had five Twitter accounts.
One of the accounts was found to be linked to an FIR registered at the Kishangarh police station in south-west Delhi. IFSO Special Cell DCP KPS Malhotra said that tweets and comments defaming women were posted through another account.
