Virudhunagar: A sports festival was held at Virudhunagar KVS, Higher Secondary School.
Padma Shri Bhaskaran, who won the gold medal in the 1980 Olympics for the hockey team, participated in this. KVS, Managing Board Secretary Raja welcomed.
President Gunasekaran, Vice President Sivanandham, Joint Secretary Balaji hoisted the flags.
Principal Chandramohan presided. Students gave the parade honors.
School treasurer Murugesan lit the Olympic torch. Students performed all kinds of games like Arabic dance, Karate, Yoga, Pyramid.
