[City], [State] – Nearly a year after being sued for sexual assault, rock legend Steven Tyler is once again in legal trouble as a second woman has come forward with allegations of sexual abuse. The former teen model, Jeanne Bellino, filed a lawsuit on Thursday in New York Supreme Court, claiming that Tyler sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old. This new lawsuit adds to the mounting allegations against the Aerosmith frontman.

According to the court documents obtained by USA TODAY, Bellino claims that she met Tyler during a modeling trip in the summer of approximately 1975. The lawsuit states that they encountered each other at the Warwick Hotel, after which Tyler and his entourage accompanied Bellino and a friend down Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. During the walk, Bellino allegedly made a comment that upset Tyler, leading him to force her into a nearby phone booth.

The filing states, “While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth.” Shockingly, the filing adds that others in Tyler’s entourage were present, laughing, while passersby witnessed the assault without intervening.

Bellino further alleges that Tyler’s erect penis was evident as he rubbed it against her, indicating that he was not wearing underwear. The young model was able to free herself by pulling Tyler’s hair and raising her knee to fend him off.

Bellino claimed that despite the distressing encounter, she ended up staying with Tyler and the group due to pre-arranged transportation. Upon returning to the Warwick Hotel, she alleges that Tyler assaulted her a second time by pinning her against a wall and simulating sex. However, she managed to escape with the help of a doorman who hailed a cab for her.

The lawsuit reveals the significant emotional and physical toll the alleged assault has had on Bellino. She was hospitalized, medicated, and continues to suffer from severe and permanent emotional distress. Seeking compensation for her injuries and damages, Bellino is requesting “an amount that will fully and fairly compensate” her and has demanded a trial by jury.

Following Bellino’s lawsuit, another woman, Julia Misley, filed a suit against Tyler in December 2022, accusing him of sexual assault and battery that occurred in the 1970s when she was a teenager. Misley’s suit was filed under a California law that allows adult victims of childhood sexual assault a three-year window to file lawsuits for past instances of abuse. In her statement, Misley named Tyler as her alleged abuser, and he has previously discussed a relationship with a teenage girl in his memoir and interviews.

As news of these lawsuits continues to unfold, Steven Tyler’s representatives and Jeanne Bellino’s attorney, Jeffrey R. Anderson, have yet to release a statement on the matter. The allegations against Tyler shed light on the ongoing issue of sexual assault and the importance of holding individuals accountable regardless of their fame or status.
