The coordination framework emphasized the importance of adhering to the principle of separation of powers and not extending any authority over the other.
The framework’s media department stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “the coordination framework emphasizes the importance of adhering to the principle of separation of powers and not extending any authority over the other in order to preserve the constitutional balance in decision-making and implementation and oversight mechanisms.”
She added, “The coordination framework views with respect and appreciation the Federal Supreme Court and its president, Judge Jassim Al-Amiri, and affirms its respect for the court’s decisions and not belittle them. It also calls on all forces to adhere to the same approach.”
She stated that “the coordination framework requires that all its forces adhere to previous decisions of the Federal Supreme Court, despite the fact that some of them were not in its interest, but the commitment came within the framework of respect for the constitutional authority of the judiciary.”
