The EMERCOM of Russia warns of a high class of fire hazard in a number of Russian regions at once. The fire hazardous season is open in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The emergency mode continues to operate in two regions: throughout the territory of Mordovia and Yakutia. A special fire safety regime has been introduced in 45 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. So it is too early to relax about forest fires. This was reported by specialists from VNII GOChS at a conference call of the Ministry of Emergencies.
According to scientists, last week the most difficult situation with fires was in the south of the Ural and Volga federal districts. This year the indicators there are worse than last year.
And in the future, that is, in the second half of September, special attention will be focused on the Kurgan, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Rostov regions and to the north of Crimea. Risks of fire transfer from the burns of dry vegetation due to the expected strong wind are possible in the Sverdlovsk and Arkhangelsk regions.

Over the past day, 17 forest fires were liquidated on an area of more than 16 thousand hectares.
