The Council of Ministers approved this Tuesday a royal decree-law approving reforms in the field of lto Public Serviceas well as the patronage law. These are two legal reforms whose processing was delayed in Parliament due to the early call of general elections on 23-J and which have now been resumed urgently – by royal decree law – by the Council of Ministers to comply with the commitments. of the Recovery Plan linked to the fourth payment of European funds (10,000 million).

The approval of these two reforms, as well as that of the unemployment benefit, will allow the Government to request the European Commission this Wednesday for the fourth disbursement of the Next Generation EU funds (10,000 million), according to what has been announced by the Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, at the press conference after the meeting of the Council of Ministers.

For its part, the modification of the Patronage Law contemplates the improvement of its tax incentive regime whether carried out by individuals, legal entities or non-residents.
