The Federal Public Service Council announced today, Friday, the opening of appointments for holders of advanced and first degrees, starting tomorrow, Saturday.

A statement by the Council, received by the (INA), stated: “With the follow-up and supervision of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, the Federal Public Service Council announces the opening of the door for appointment to the staff of state departments and the public sector for the category of those covered by the provisions of the Law on Employment of Holders of Higher Degrees No. (59).” for the year 2017, and the Employment Law of the First Graduates No. (67) for the year 2017, who have activated (codes) and have duly completed the procedures for updating their data and do not have a job restriction according to the data of the Federal Office of Financial Supervision. Application on the electronic form will be available as of Saturday morning, corresponding to 3/23/2024 for a period of (21) days, and if the end of the specified period falls on an official holiday, it will be extended until the end of official working hours on the working day immediately following the holiday.

The statement added: “In order to ensure the right of appointment for individuals in the aforementioned category, according to their specializations and academic certificates, in proportion to the grades and job titles available according to the needs of the departments, our Council calls on everyone to be careful to apply during the aforementioned period via the electronic link that will be announced for this purpose on the Council’s official website.” And the social media pages approved by it, with an emphasis on the necessity of adhering to the announced controls in terms of the application mechanism and the method of attaching the required documents, and according to the directives and explanatory means that the Council has previously published in this regard, and will continue to publish them during the period of submitting the form.

He continued: “In order to fulfill the application requirements, the following documents must be attached:

1- The national card or (civil status ID with Iraqi nationality certificate), making sure that both sides of (the card or civil status ID) are attached.

2- The residence card, making sure that both sides of the residence card are attached.

3- For holders of a diploma or bachelor’s degree, a graduation or endorsement document with a recent issuance date (2022, 2023, 2024) must be attached, provided that the submission of any of these documents includes specifying the year of graduation and a statement of the applicant’s position in terms of his sequence in the batch (first, second). , Third), and for holders of postgraduate degrees, graduates of Iraq, a graduation or endorsement document with a recent issuance date (2022, 2023, 2024), or a university order, must be attached, provided that the submission of any of these documents includes the year of graduation along with a statement of the applicant’s grade point average or the grade obtained. Upon graduation. As for a graduate outside Iraq, the certificate or merit equivalency decision must be accompanied by an authentication from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Scholarships, provided that the submission of any of these documents includes the year of graduation and a statement of the applicant’s grade point average or the grade he obtained upon graduation.”

4- For first graduates (volunteer or daily wage earner) at a government agency, attach a letter supporting volunteer work or daily wage work. For those holding higher degrees (daily wage earner or lecturer) with a government agency, and continuing to work, attach a letter supporting work on a daily wage or as a lecturer.

5- For married people, an official marriage contract must be attached.

6- For those who have children who have not yet completed the age of eighteen, the child’s national card, civil status ID, or a copy of an official birth certificate must be attached.

7- For those who have courses related to their specialty, they must attach an official letter confirming their participation in a course organized by a government department or professional association, provided that the course was organized for participants in attendance.

8- For anyone who has (published research) related to his specialty, attach a file containing {the research interface including the name of the researcher in Arabic and English as used in the publication, the title of the published research, and the interface of the journal in which it was published including the name and number of the journal (ISBN)}”.

She pointed out that “the application link will be announced on the official website of the Council and all social media outlets tomorrow morning, Saturday, 3/23/2024,” noting that “attaching all documents will be in file format (pdf)”.
