The weekly consumption basket for one family of four members will be 3.5 euros cheaper once the reduction from 4% to 0% for basic foods and from 10% to 5% for pasta and olive oil comes into force, according to calculations from a fictitious purchase on the website of Mercadonathe supermarket with the largest market share in Spain.
