‘The Living Jesus’

He got married at the age of 20 and has 8 children. In 2009, Eliud Wekesa suffered severe head injuries in a fight over a family dispute and was later treated in hospital and recovered.

After that, he started preaching by claiming to be the living Jesus. Changed his Dongaren wa Jesus.

His wife, on the other hand, testified to the miracle of the living Jesus that her husband, the living Jesus, turned water into tea and all the villagers drank it.

A challenge to prove holiness

Enraged by their antics, a man took to social media to challenge him to prove that he is indeed the living Jesus by being crucified and alive on the third day.

Another posted that just as Jesus’ divinity was tested and confirmed, the holiness of the living Jesus must also be proven.

Distraught by this, Eliud Wegesa decided not to crucify himself. If you do that, it will be a problem for the world. He said that the people are the problem and there will be no one to protect the people.

And in extreme fear, Eliud Wekesa has taken refuge with the police. Vekesa has appealed to the police saying that people are trying to crucify him and therefore he needs to protect his life.
