Sports facilities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO) will be able to be visited by people vaccinated with foreign vaccines against COVID-19. This was announced by the director of the district department of physical culture and sports Sergei Artamonov.
“A foreigner will be considered vaccinated, he will have a certificate or certificate. There will be no restrictions, ”Mr. Artamonov told TASS. The regional department of Rospotrebnadzor told the news agency that foreign citizens will be able to visit other facilities in the district according to documents confirming vaccination.

Since October 25, a number of municipalities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug have introduced a system of QR codes for visiting catering, shops, shopping centers, sports and cultural institutions. It is planned that from November 8, the system will be launched in the entire district. In addition, on non-working days, the district’s mass service organizations were banned from working at night – from 23:00 to 6:00. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, the coronavirus has been confirmed in 82.4 thousand residents of the district, of which 1,355 have died.
