Professional manager Omar Boxenbaum had hoped for a smoother start when it came to the team budget and getting a green light to make professional moves along with coach Kobi Refuah, but the situation at the moment is pretty stuck.
“At the moment we are waiting to see what happens and we do not intentionally make reckless decisions, every summer is difficult in terms of budget. We want to build a strong team, but we are waiting some more time so as not to get into adventures,” said a club source.
