New Delhi: In the ICC Men’s T20 International rankings released today (Wednesday), Indian opener Lokesh Rahul was fifth and middle order batsman Suryakumar Yadav was 59, up 24 places. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has been dropped from the top-10 list after stepping down as captain of the Indian T20 team. His latest ranking is 11th. His account has 657 rating points. Pakistan captain Babar Azam may not have scored in the 3D20 series against Bangladesh. But this did not affect his ranking. He is in first place with 809 points.
Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan also moved up one place to fourth. Rizwan had scored 90 runs in the recently concluded three-match T20 series against Bangladesh, which helped him move up the rankings. His team won the series 3-0.
KL Rahul is 6 points behind Pakistan batsman Rizwan. He scored 80 runs in two matches against New Zealand. The Indian team won the series 3-0.

Captain Rohit Sharma:
Rohit Sharma’s bat was also played hard in the 3D20 series against New Zealand. He scored a total of 159 runs in 3 matches at an average of 53 with a strike rate of over 154. He has also scored fifty in 2 of 3 matches. This is the reason why he became the captain of the series.
New Zealand’s Martin Guptill scored 152 in the series against India. This helped him jump three places in the rankings to move from 13th to the top 10.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar is ranked 19th:
In the bowlers’ rankings, Mitchell Santner, who took four wickets in the series against India, moved up from 23rd to 13th. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who took 3 wickets in the series, has moved up five places to be ranked 19th. Deepak Chahar has moved up 19 places in the rankings. Currently ranked 40th.
