DECRYPTION – The head of the Kremlin and the North Korean leader grew even closer during a summit organized at the Russian cosmodrome.

As was to be expected, little information has filtered out on the precise results of the summit that Vladimir Putin held on Wednesday with his counterpart Kim Jong-un at the Vostochny cosmodrome, in the Russian Far East. After a five-hour visit and meetings, the North Korean leader, who arrived in Russia by train, continued his journey which will take him to Komsomolsk-sur-Amur and Vladivostok in the coming days. He will notably attend a “demonstration» military of the Russian Pacific Fleet, indicated Vladimir Putin. He remained evasive on a formal agreement with Pyongyang, stating only to see “prospects” bilateral military cooperation.
