The complainant who broke the silence – the second part of the “source” investigation deals with the silence mechanism of Haim Velder, the revered ultra-Orthodox writer, who worked around the clock to silence the complaints that revolved around him.

The investigation will reveal how the agreement of silence was signed with Rumi Schwartz, the heroine of the episode, how an attempt was made to renew it for hundreds of thousands of shekels, and a story will be told about another woman who was allegedly attacked by Velder and received 200,000 shekels to remain silent.
As early as 2008, Rumi Schwartz complained to the police that Haim Velder had sexually assaulted her. Despite evidence to support her consistent version, police closed the case for lack of evidence. Rumi was then silenced in an agreement that prevented her from speaking. After the publication of the time investigation, which contained evidence of Walder’s numerous sexual assaults, and after ending his life, she decided to be exposed.
Now, the investigation of Anat Goren and Guy Asif brings her story, the investigation file conducted against Velder in the police, and the contacts for the silence agreement until it is signed.
