Russian electronics manufacturers have again announced an alternative to the iPhone. The Aquarius company intends to launch retail sales of a number of mobile devices based on the Aurora operating system – laptops, tablets and smartphones – by the end of the year, Aleksey Kalinin, head of the company’s board of directors, said in an interview with Forbes. He did not disclose the volume of investments in their development and production, but stressed that the structure aims to take about a fifth of the consumer device market in the next three years.
