Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader also questioned the justification of BNP’s demand regarding mid-term elections. At this time, he asked the question, why should the government think about mid-term elections? It has no logic, no reality. Elections will be held on time as per the constitution. There is no mention of mid-term elections in our constitution.
In the opening ceremony of the seven flyovers, the Secretary of Road Transport and Highways Department ABM Aminullah Noori, the Secretary of Bridges Department Manjur Hossain and the Project Director of Gazipur were present at the opening ceremony.
