Crashes trying to register payment methods – Ansa /Courier TV

First day to request cashback on expenses with credit cards, apps and ATMs, but the IO app is already haywire. Several hours after the start of the service, it is still impossible to save the payment method in the “Wallet” section. The registration, empirically tested, went smoothly during the night but from the early hours of the morning it was blocked, as many users report on social networks. The service is therefore active for those who have already registered on the app before activating the cashback. Over 7 million downloads of the app so far. In the early morning hours of December 7 alone, the IO app received nearly half a million new requests. Meanwhile, Codacons presents a complaint to the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office for “interruption of public service”. “A serious situation because predictable: PagoPa should have guaranteed functionality without disruption”, explain Codacons. The association also announces a warning to the government to suspend the cashback until the problems are resolved.
