China Condemns Philippines Congratulation to Taiwan Presidential Election Winner

The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Tuesday issued a notice to the Philippine ambassador following the Philippine president’s congratulations to Lai Ching Teh, who won the Taiwan presidential election.
