Chief Minister MK Stalin has ordered that the curfew be extended with restrictions until December 31 to control the corona epidemic.
A consultative meeting was held today (Dec. 13) under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister at the General Secretariat to take steps to control the spread of coronavirus during the festive season and to expedite the vaccination drive in view of the mutated corona-omega virus.

Following this, the Chief Minister has ordered to extend the curfew already imposed to control the corona till December 31.

The current ban on public gatherings such as community, cultural and political gatherings will continue.
In order to control the spread of coronavirus infection, all on 31.12.2021 and 1.1.2022 The public is not allowed on the beaches either
Functions that are already allowed will continue to be allowed with appropriate restrictions.
Allowed with Guidelines:
All swimming pools will be allowed to operate.
Meeting halls will be allowed to be used for all permitted activities.

All colleges and technical training institutes operate by default without rotation.
General Permission:
Hand sanitizers (dispensers) must be placed at the entrance of the store for customer use and must be thermally screened.
The management concerned should ensure that the employees and customers of the shops wear the mask.
All stores operate without air-conditioning and should not allow too many people at a time to observe social space in stores.
When people are waiting in line at the entrance of the shops, signs should be put up so that there is enough space between one person and another.
