The British newspaper Daily Mail reported the death on the morning of December 25 at the age of 87 of the British actor Richard Franklin, who gained fame from the TV series Doctor Who.
The actor’s friend, playwright and theater director Liam Rudden said that Franklin died peacefully in his sleep.
